A success-based recruitment option with a replacement guarantee. The fee ranges from 10% to 15% of the annual salary, depending on the guarantee period (30, 60, or 90 days), with a minimum fee of $1,200.
A flexible success-based option designed to reduce upfront risk. The fee is 9% of the annual salary, paid in installments, and only applies while the candidate remains employed. The minimum fee is $1,200.
If a hire doesn’t work out during the guarantee period, we offer a replacement or reimbursement — keeping incentives aligned and risk shared.
